Over a six-month period, I scaled our Instagram presence by implementing a culture-forward strategy centered on the human element and highly engaging community contests. This approach drove exceptional brand exposure, generating 2.5 million video views and expanding total reach to 458.3k users. Additionally, the strategy accelerated community growth by netting 3.6k new followers, maintaining a consistent velocity of 500 to 600 organic followers each month.

I strategically direct and spearhead all digital advertising efforts across Google and Meta platforms, combining technical execution with creative asset development. I personally handle the setup of Meta Pixels to track both website and app events, ensuring precise data-driven optimization. Alongside managing the ad strategy, I design and produce all creative collateral, including graphic design and video assets and copy writing. This comprehensive approach focused on driving membership sign-ups, single-wash sales, and app adoption. Within the first four months of our new mobile app launch, my targeted campaigns secured significant traction. Furthermore, I successfully scaled year-over-year performance through paid ads alone, nearly doubling single-wash conversions with a 98.9% increase, and driving a 43.9% increase in new member acquisitions.
